How to order

At lunch, take kalguksu

One bowl of Hanwoo bone-broth chicken kalguksu is enough. Spicy if you want heat. Garlic gukbap if you want rice in the soup. A 100g tasting bossam sits next to it. Confirm weekday lunch makgeolli on the floor.

In the evening, bossam and makgeolli

Small or medium mungteongi bossam, minari-jeon, Unjeong or Yesan apple makgeolli. For a spicy pot, the chicken-and-roe stew with extra noodles.
