Our kalguksu is knife-cut noodles in a broth of Hanwoo beef bones and chicken, simmered eight hours. The mild bowl is 10,000 won. The spicy bowl is 11,000 won.

Where to eat it
Same stretch as Jogyesa Temple, the OCI Museum of Art, and the Insadong alleys. You can walk from Gwanghwamun Square. From Anguk Station Exit 6, about five minutes.
