Makgeolli at Jonggak: Weekday Lunch, Then Evening Bottles

Weekday lunch (11:00–14:00) has self-serve makgeolli. The printed menu says so. Weekends and dinner are not included. Confirm the rule on the floor.

Evening bottles are listed separately. Paju Unjeong is 9%, Korea Wine Awards 2024 and 2025, 10,000 won. Golmok Yesan apple is also 9%, 2025 awards, 10,000 won.

The 6% bottles — Golmok, Baedari, Seonho — are 6,000 won. Seonho is not sweet. If you do not want the drink to cover the food, take Seonho.

Makgeolli is the drink that belongs next to kalguksu. It also sits with bossam, minari-jeon, and the spicy chicken stew. Soju is 5,000 won. Beer is 6,000 won.
